The standard for energy efficiency retrofit has been revisedThe standard on requirements for the installation of energy efficiency measures (EEM) in existing buildings has been revised and is being split into 2 standards. See link here to PAS 2035 is a new framework Standard and PAS 2030 is substantially revised. The documents are “locked together”: designs in accordance with PAS 2035 are required to be installed, commissioned and handed over in accordance with PAS 2030:2019 and any PAS 2030 installations are required to be designed to PAS 2035.
