Minister Delivers Keynote Conference Speech and Attends Launch of new LABSS Website

LABSS were delighted to welcome Marco Biagi MSP and Minister for Local Government and Community Empowerment as keynote speaker at the Conference which saw the formal launch of the new LABSS website. 
LABSS welcomed Bill Dodds Head of the Building Standards Division who also addressed the Conference later in the day.
