3 Bedroom standard house typeE-MAIL TO LARA AT HEBRIDEAN HOMES 7 DECEMBER 2020
The application was submitted under the 2017 Standards but it was never progressed past initial sketch drawings. There was no Climatic Conditions info or Statement of Structural Adequacy for example.
To expedite matters I think you should start again with a full submission as described in my last email against the 2019 Standards, and indeed the 2021 Standards, to be introduced with effect from 1 March 2021.
South Lanarkshire Council per Alan McAulay were the Lead Authority for the previous application but we will need to check that they are in a position to deal with this now.
In any event we need full drawing and specification information together with the documents referred to in my previous email similar to any submission for a warrant. If you have already submitted for warrant and got approval then that info should be made available. If that has happened it may be better to ask the warrant authority to deal with the STAS submission also.
As far as I can recall the STAS Fee was paid previously but I will check that and let you know what the current position is. (Just checked - there is no evidence that the fee was paid - Mike can you confirm this please) - When I have your confirmation that you wish to proceed I will arrange for an invoice to be raised in the sum of £500 plus VAT as previously indicated.
