ApplicationEco-Cavity Full Fill is suitable for full fill cavity wall applications, whilst maintaining a residual 10mm cavity. Eco-Cavity Full Fill is high performance insulation, and provides a cost effective means of reducing CO2 emissions and achieving compliance with Building Regulations / Standards. Maintaining a residual 10mm cavity helps resist moisture transfer, aids installation and accommodate mortar squeeze. 
Description 

HCONTROL HYBRID is a reflective vapour control layer with a built-in thermal performance for use on the warm side of the building fabric, behind the internal finish usually in roofs, walls and ceilings. It can be used in conjunction with any type of other insulation. HCONTROL HYBRID is 45mm thick and is available in rolls covering approximately 10m² (1600mm wide).

HYBRIS is a reflective insulation product based on a honeycomb structure and low emissivity films. HYBRIS is an insulation material generally used for wall, pitched roof or ceiling applications, especially suitable for timber frame and masonry construction. HYBRIS is available in various thicknesses from 45mm to 165mm.

BOOST R HYBRID is a reflective breathable membrane with an excellent built-in thermal performance for use on the cold side of the building fabric usually in roofs and walls. It can be used in conjunction with any type of other insulation. Boost R Hybrid is 35mm thick and is available in rolls covering approximately 10m2 (1500mm wide).

This is an assessment of Gerband 88/12 split release tape, Gerband 48/12 split release tape, and Gerband 50/50 split release tape. Gerband 88/12 & 48/12 are pliable stretchable PE-film sealing tapes with moisture-resistant polyacrylate adhesive of extremely high tack and permanent adhesion as well as ageing resistance. The Gerband 50-50 split release tape (100mm wide) is a pliable stretchable PE-film sealing tape with moisture-resistant polyacrylate adhesive of extremely high tack and permanent adhesion as well as ageing resistance.

This is an assessment of Gerband 586 Uni-Tape that is used indoors for the air-tight bonding and sealing of penetrations and overlaps to wind and vapour barriers. It is a pliable and stretchable PE-film sealing tape with moistureresistant polyacrylate adhesive of extremely high tack; it offers permanent adhesion as well as outstanding ageing resistance. The PET reinforcement helps preventing overexpansion of the adhesive tape. The slight elasticity in connection with tear resistant thread reinforcement makes the sealing tape universally suitable for sealing many types of surfaces.

This is an assessment of Gerband Fortax 6400 Adhesive Sealant that is designed for use with the Gerband sd2 vapour control membrane to provide construction air tight sealing when applied with suitable membrane overlaps and appropriate tapes. It can also be used for permanent bonding applications and connections for all standard vapour barriers and air-tightness-layers under the DIN 4108-7 the general suitability of the joining partners. It is Polymer dispersion and light blue in colour. It has no environmental or indoor toxins and is solvent free.
