Variation application for the following changes:

Blocks DB3, DB4, DD2, DD3 - FD60 fire doors at flat entrance doors and between stairwell & protected lobbies reduced to FD30s as per updated Astute Fire Strategy Report

Flat Type E - FD30 fire doors replaced with regular doors to stores to match other flat types.

Blocks DA3, DA4, DB3, DB4, DC2, DC3, DD2, DD3

• Render parge coat and dot & dab layer replaced by 25mm timber battens behind plasterboard in all stair cores. (WD1’s, WD2.2, WD2.3, WD6)
• Wall ties removed. Restraint ties added at floor levels in all cores. (WD2.2, WD2.3)
• Landlord store foundation wall positions adjusted to line through with changes listed above. (WD2.1) [DA3, DA4, DB3, DB4 only]
